The Humanitarian Institute Nepal (HIN) is a non-profit organization that works to strengthen humanitarian knowledge and practice in Nepal and beyond. It focuses on helping people, communities, and institutions prepare for, respond to, and recover from crises such as natural disasters, conflicts, and health emergencies.

Our Background
The Humanitarian Institute Nepal (HIN) is a non-profit organization that works to strengthen humanitarian knowledge and practice in Nepal and beyond. It focuses on helping people, communities, and institutions prepare for, respond to, and recover from crises such as natural disasters, conflicts, and health emergencies.
This five-year plan (2025 – 2030) outlines HIN’s goals and actions to build stronger communities, promote peace, and improve humanitarian leadership in Nepal. It also guides how HIN will work with partners to make its work more effective, practical, and sustainable.
